The Quest for the Sustainable Corporation
Friday, November 9th
8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
There is still time to register!
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Can we make ?sustainability? a corporate goal? Many think business should
see it in terms of the 3 P?s -- People, Profit, Planet. Yet,
sustainability is not without its critics. This half-day conference will
focus on two intertwined issues: short and long-term corporate costs and
benefits and how to help management think within the ?sustainability?
paradigm. On hand will be practitioners from the United Nations Global
Compact, socially responsible investors, NGO representatives, and
corporate managers. With their help, we can create a sustainable New York,
inside and out. This program is cosponsored by Net Impact.
