The Private Companies Forum is cosponsored by the AICPA. It specifically
addresses reporting for private, rather than public, companies. Panelists
are all leading practitioners in mid-sized companies, who will examine
specific problems of mid-sized companies from managers’, lenders’, and
equity holders’ viewpoints. Six hours of CPE credit (Accounting/Level:
Update) and Six hours of CLE credit are available.
