Highlights from 2022 Jumpstart the New Term

We launch the spring semester with a fresh look and new name for the College’s weekly e-newsletter—now Baruch Weekly—and a summary of great things that closed out 2022. 

*	Toys, food, and a whole lot of caring. Baruch’s Office of Public Safety helmed two College-wide philanthropic efforts in partnership with the City Harvest 40th Annual Daily News Food Drive (pictured) and the Children of Bellevue Annual Toy Drive. Students, faculty, and staff donated 1,181 food drive items and 132 toys! 
*	Carla Anne Robbins, Marxe Professor and Faculty Director of the Master of International Affairs Program, moderated The World Next Year: What to Watch in 2023 <https://pmail.baruch.cuny.edu/PoliteMail/default.aspx?page=QSkXU850QkaUfyHuItRblg&ref_id=j2rDTRROiEGDGt9FH6xo-Q> , a Council on Foreign Relations panel that examined the most-impactful events of 2022 and looked ahead to the stories to keep an eye on in 2023.
