You Are Invited to a Screening of BaddDDD Sonia Sanchez as Part of Baruch’s Collaboration with the New York African Diaspora International Film Festival

Dear Baruch College Community Members,

With the generous support of the CUNY Black, Race and Ethnic Studies Initiative (BRESI) and the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Baruch College Office of Diversity, Compliance, and Equity Initiatives (ODCEI) is hosting lectures, panel discussions, and film screenings throughout the 2022–23 academic year. In particular, Baruch College ODCEI administrators will use CUNY BRESI funds to foster a collaboration with the New York African Diaspora International Film Festival (NYADIFF) to present virtual and in-person film screenings from the extensive cinema libraries of NYADIFF and Artmattan Films. Each screening will also feature conversations with the filmmakers and/or panelists.
