Understanding FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Save time, money, and stress.
- Apply for the Financial Aid You Deserve:
Students can now file the
2023-24 FAFSA for the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters.
Obtain a
Federal Student Aid ID to sign electronically. If you are a dependent, one parent will need an ID to sign as well. Baruch’s Federal Code is 007273. The NYS TAP (NY residents only) code is 1409.

The Baruch College
Counseling Center offers free and confidential services. Through culturally responsive and trauma-informed counseling and psychological services, the Counseling Center assists students in achieving
their academic and personal goals.

to Self and Others meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1–2 pm on Zoom. To participate in the Tuesday group, email

- Black Mental Health Matters Support Sessions:
These sessions foster and support the growth, networking, collaboration, success, and well-being of Black students.

- Let’s Talk About It–Caring Conversations:
Thursday, Oct. 20, 12:30–2 pm. In this
interactive presentation, the Counseling Center will help students gain confidence to support peers who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts.
