Celebrating and Recognizing Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American (APIDA) Heritage Month

In collaboration with the Office of Student Life and other supporters across the College, Baruch is proud to host events in celebration of APIDA Heritage Month with a focus on the theme of “Empowering Community Through Education.”

 

Congratulations, Abraham J. Briloff Prize Winners!

In recognition of Ethics Week, recipients of the 2021 Briloff Prize in Ethics have been announced.

·         Shreshth Jain-Hutchison (’22) was named student winner for the essay “Parallel Braids,” which explores “specific dimensions to show that how one is perceived can affect how one is treated.”

·         Marc Edelman, professor of law, was named faculty winner for an article he co-authored describing the NCAA’s transformation “into the present money-making colossus in which the welfare of student athletes is clearly secondary.”

The Baruch College Counseling Center is committed to supporting you. The center offers free and confidential individual and group counseling and support sessions.

  • Black Mental Health Matters (BMHM) Support Sessions: These sessions foster and support the growth, networking, collaboration, success, and well-being of Black students.
