The Baruch College Counseling Center is committed to supporting you. The center offers free and confidential individual and group counseling and support sessions.

  • Group counseling: Two sessions of Relationship to Self and Others meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1–2 pm, on Zoom. To participate in the Tuesday group, email [log in to unmask]; to participate in the Thursday group, email [log in to unmask].
  • Black Mental Health Matters (BMHM) Support Sessions: These sessions foster and support the growth, networking, collaboration, success, and well-being of Black students.
