April 12, 2022 Plan Ahead: CUNYfirst System-wide Maintenance Starting Thursday Evening Dear Baruch Community: In its ongoing effort to improve the University’s IT infrastructure, CUNY will be upgrading the CUNYfirst Campus Solutions platform. The work will begin this Thursday evening, April 14, and is scheduled to conclude Monday evening, April 18. During this upgrade, the University community will be unable to access CUNYfirst as follows:
The Campus Solutions upgrade will bring an updated look and interface to CUNYfirst for students, faculty, and staff who use Campus Solutions for course information. It will be similar to the upgrades to Human Capital Management and Finance modules back in December. The PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade brought a more modern interface and better mobile functionality as well as improved usability over all. CUNY has made available extensive information about the CUNYfirst upgrade, including videos previewing the new interface. There is also a Frequently Asked Questions page with numerous articles about the upgrades. BCTC support staff have been trained on the new interface, and the BCTC Helpdesk will be available to provide support for the Baruch community after the transition.
