April 24, 2017 Computer Lab Renovation Update To Students, Faculty, and Staff: The College is on schedule with a complete renovation
of
the Information and Technology Building’s sixth floor student computer lab, which will provide all new equipment and furniture, group collaboration rooms, and an expanded help desk. As a result,
the lab will be closed through Friday, August 25.
The new lab will open for the Fall 2017 semester. To
accommodate lab users during this construction period, additional computers were placed throughout the library, including Rooms 344, 444, and 544. Printers were added to the library’s third floor lounge area and in Rooms 360, 460, and 560. Computer labs
will also be available on the east side of the Newman Vertical Campus on the sixth floor from 8 am until 11:30 pm. We look forward to announcing the grand reopening of the Martin and Laurie Kaplan Computing and Technology Center. Thank you for your patience during these necessary upgrades. Sincerely, Arthur Downing, PhD Vice President for Information Services and Dean of the Library |
