Attached please find a draft of the paper for this Friday's seminar. Details for the seminar are below.
Speaker: Michael White, Brown University
Title: "Immigrant Assimilation Then and Now"
Location: Room 5383, the CUNY Graduate Center, 365 Fifth Avenue (northeast corner of Fifth Avenue and 34th St.)
We will also meet at NOON to have lunch with the speaker at the CUNY Graduate Center
cafeteria (8th floor). Everyone is welcome to join the lunch and/or seminar. Fellows can
also meet with the speaker after the seminar to discuss her work and ask for advice about
graduate school, research, job market, career, etc.
The Demography Seminars are part of the Health, Labor and Demography series
sponsored by the CUNY Institute for Demographic Research (CIDR), Graduate
Center Economics Department, and NBER.
