All Spring 2004 courses (including January intersession) have been loaded
into the Blackboard system. If you have been associated with a course for
the spring semester in BOSS, that course will now be listed in Blackboard
and visible to you. Student rosters have also been loaded.

If your courses are not listed on Blackboard, it is very likely that you
are not the official instructor on the BOSS system yet. Please check with
your department chair to confirm that your teaching assignment has been
submitted to the Registrar's office. The Blackboard system will not assign
the course to you until an association exists on BOSS.

If you would like to request the recycling of a previous semester's course
content or the combining of two or more spring semester sections please use
the form at
http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/bctc/blackboard/faculty/recycling.html .

All courses are created as "Unavailable". This means that the students are
not able to see the course content but instructors are. Information on how
to make the course available to enrolled students may be found at
http://faculty.baruch.cuny.edu/teaching/availability.htm .

Training Workshops will be announced next week and will occur during the
last two weeks of January and all of February. In addition, departmental
chair persons or groups of faculty may request group instruction by
contacting me
directly.
