On December 1, 2005, Baruch College lost a caring and committed member of
our community. For over 25 years Paul Pilson served the Compensatory
Education, Student Academic Consulting Center, and SEEK Programs in the
coordination of the tutoring programs in mathematics. Paul's soft,
unassuming nature, combined with his personal commitment to be there for
all, was a trademark of the man that he was. He was beloved by staff,
counselors, and students. He will be honored by our SEEK Department at its
May 2006 Awards Ceremony through an award given in his name to the best
math tutor in the program.

Ben Corpus
Vice President, Student Development & Enrollment Management
