A roundtable discussion with author Edouard Valdman

Tuesday, May 16
5:30 pm: Wine & cheese
6:00 - 8:00 pm: Seminar
Vertical Campus, 55 Lexington Avenue, Room 14-270

This session is part of the ongoing series The European Mind in America,

Alexis de Tocqueville, Max Weber, Hannah Arendt, and Raymond Aron.

Edouard Valdman is the author of Dieu n'est pas mort: Le malentendu des
Lumieres (God Is Not Dead: The Misunderstanding of the Enlightenment) and

In addition to his works of philosophy and criticism, he has published

lives in New York and contributes regularly to the Paris newspaper Le
Figaro.
