Re:  Copeland/ Citistreet Salary Reduction Forms



Copeland/Citistreet tax deferred annuity program participants who want to
change their percentages can now do so by filling out a salary reduction
agreement form located in the Human Resources Department, instead of
meeting with the representative. This change will enable employees to make
changes to their account in a more efficient manner. Please keep in mind
that changes are allowed two times per calendar year, an additional change
can be made to zero percent.
