For the first time in living memory, Baruch College is hosting the CUNYAC
basketball tournament.  We are inviting all members of the Baruch community to
lend their support to our gallant Bearcats. After an outstanding season, the men’s
team is seeded #1. On Saturday, Feb. 22, they prevailed in the quarter finals against
Brooklyn College  78-60.  The women’s team also won, defeating CCNY 53-49.  The
remaining schedule is as follows.  All games will be played in the Baruch ARC.

 Women’s   Semifinals: Tuesday, Feb. 25,  5:30 pm Baruch vs. Staten Island
                7:30 pm.  Hunter vs. York

 Men’s Semifinals: Wednesday, Feb. 26,  5:30 pm  Baruch vs. Lehman
       7:30 pm  CCNY vs. York

 Finals:    Friday, Feb. 28.   Women’s:  5:30 pm
           Men’s:  7:45 pm.

 Tickets to these events are free, but they are in very short supply because all four
CUNY colleges playing in the semifinals receive a ticket allotment.  Only about 200
tickets are available to the Baruch community, and they will be distributed on a first-
come basis.  Tickets can be obtained in the ARC Level B1 of the Vertical Campus.
