The link that connects Baruch's 802 Voice Mail System to Verizon just
went down. The problem was reported to Verizon at 11:45 a.m.
This link provides caller identification and is essential in routing the
message to the correct destination mailbox. When the link is down, the
system is unable to recognize where to transport the call and reverts to
the generic greeting.
We will keep you posted as to the problem status. In the meantime, here
are some options you may try while the link is down. It is possible
that Verizon's working on the problem may interfere with these options.
It you can't get through on the first attempt, try a little later.
