Diversity Projects Development Fund Program Reminder
Deadline for all proposals: 11/30/04
The University Office of the Vice Chancellor for Faculty and Staff
Relations/Office of Compliance and Diversity Programs wish to bring to your
attention once more this year's Diversity Projects Development Fund grant program.
All current full-time and part-time members of the Instructional Staff
(including faculty, HEO series staff, adjuncts and graduate assistants) are
eligible to apply. The deadline to receive all proposals is November 30,
2004--your proposal must arrive at CUNY's Central Office no later than the

13TH ANNUAL MILT HINTON JAZZ PERSPECTIVES
CONCERT SERIES
DIKKI DU AND THE ZYDECO CREW
to perform December 2, 2004 at 1 PM
in the lobby of Baruch College's Vertical Campus
New York City: Baruch College (The City University of New York) will host "Dikki Du
and the Zydeco Crew" December 2, 2004, as part of the Milt Hinton Jazz
Perspectives concert series, now in its 13th season.
The performance will take place in the lobby of Baruch College's Vertical Campus at
55 Lexington Avenue. The concert begins at 1 p.m. It is free and open to the general
public and Baruch students, faculty and administration.
This concert-organized by the Milt Hinton Jazz Perspectives Committee-is funded by
the Baruch College Performing Arts Center, The Baruch College Fund, and the
Office of Student Development.

Moises Perez will speak about his experience as Executive Director of Alianza
Dominicana whose mission is to assist children, youth and families break the cycle
of poverty and fulfill their potential as members of the global community.
Since its inception in 1987, Alianza Dominicana has emerged as the most
comprehensive Dominican human service and community development agency in
the US. It offers services in 11 sites, annually serving more than 17,000 individuals
in all five boroughs.
