BOSS Logons

CUNY has asked the Colleges to audit the BOSS user logons and cancel
those which are no longer being used.  We have identified over 300
accounts that have not been used for over 4 months.  In order to
safeguard student information, these accounts will be cancelled on
June 2.  If you still want access to your account, you must logon prior
to that date, no additional notification will be necessary.

We have also identified a number of accounts which are assigned to
Offices rather than individuals.  These accounts must be assigned to an
individual in the Office.  If your Office has any of these generic
accounts, they must be reassigned to an individual prior to June 15.
These accounts will be cancelled on June 16.

Please contact Joe Kij with the names of individuals to whom the generic
accounts will be assigned.  Individuals who need to reactivate an
account that has been cancelled, or who are requesting a new account
should contact the Registrar, Phyllis Bagley.
