Dear Colleagues,

This Thursday, December 8th, the Athletic Department has prepared a
special evening to recognize Baruch Faculty & Staff in an effort to build
community.

The evening's festivities will take place around an exciting basketball
doubleheader in the VC Main Gym against CCNY that begins with a women's
basketball game at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men's game at 7:30 p.m.

All staff and faculty in attendance will receive a Baruch Bearcats
t-shirt, and attend a special reception in their honor at 4:30 pm. In
addition to the action on the court, there will be a special contest at
halftime, where a pair of fans selected by raffle will have the
opportunity to win an outstanding prize from the bookstore or a sum of
$5,000 (courtesy of an external vendor)!

Most importantly, this is a wonderful opportunity to help increase school
spirit and further engage with students in an exciting social setting. The
Main Gym is located on the B2 Level of the Newman Vertical Campus. I
encourage you to attend, and feel free to bring friends or family for a
terrific evening on campus.
