In yesterday's public announcement, for reasons we cannot
determine, one of the young interns referred to PAUL VOLCKER, who
shall be on campus on Thursday evening, as "former SEC chair"
rather than as "former chair of the Federal Reserve", which, of course,
is what he was.

Actually, there are no young interns, and the error was mine.

Many apologies.  In any case, do attend this extraordinary event.
