BCTC Service Bulletin:

What:           Scheduled Outage on Lotus Notes (Email) Server due to
maintenance.

When: 		Friday December 8, 2006 from 7:00 AM until 8:00 AM

Affected Users: All Faculty and Staff who use Lotus Notes

Additional Information:
During this outage, additional hardware will be installed to improve
system performance. During this outage any emails that are sent to your
account will be held in a queue until the server is brought back on-line
at which time your email will be delivered.

Blackberry users will not be able to access their email during this
outage.  Once email service has been restored, messages will be delivered
and service will resume as normal.

The Baruch College Help Desk will be open on Friday from 8:00 AM until
7:00 PM to answer any questions or concerns you may have as a result of
this outage.  The Help Desk can be reached by calling 646-312-1010.
