IMPORTANT NOTICE

Today, Tues Aug. 3, is an electricity Peak Load Management Day, which means the
conditions outlined below are in effect from noon forward today. Meanwhile, the
Power Authority has announced another PLMD for tomorrow, Aug. 4.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2004
12:00 PM TO 6:00 PM

Baruch College is participating in The New York Power Authority’s Peak Load
Management Program.

--All departments must turn off all equipment such as lights, computers, printers,
copy machines, etc. that are not being used.
--Escalator and Elevator service will be limited.
--All windows must be closed.
--Air conditioning set points will be raised at this time.
