Douglas Carmichael, Wollman Distinguished Professor of Accountancy,
will discuss the Enron debacle and the auditing failures that contributed
to the company’s unraveling on the Lehrer NewsHour at 7 to 8 pm, Ch. 13,
tonight, Thursday, Jan 17. Carmichael will also appear on CNBC’s “Business
Center” at 7 pm on Jan. 17, on the same topic.
And Douglas Muzzio, Professor of Public Affairs, was quoted on the
front page of today’s New York Times (Thursday, Jan. 17), by Jennifer
Steinhauer in a story entitled “New Mayor, New Focus.” Congratulations to
both Dougs!
