Please be aware that because of the inclement weather the deadline for
submissions to the Juried Photography Exhibition at the Mishkin Gallery has been
extended to this Thursday, March 3.
Here is the information again for those interested in submitting photography to be
judged:

Sidney Mishkin Gallery, 135 East 22nd Street, June 7-23, 2005
Opening Reception for exhibition: Tuesday, June 7, 2005, 6-8pm
Eligibility: Entries can be submitted by current members of the Baruch Faculty and
Staff (including Administrators) and students enrolled in Photography classes in Fall
2004 and/or Spring 2005.
Judges: Leonard Sussman, Zoë Sheehan Saldaņa, Sandra Kraskin, Terry Berkowitz
Entry Specifications:
Maximum of 3 photographs to be submitted by each person
Maximum print size 16 x 20 without matt
Silver-based black and white, color, or digital prints are acceptable
Submit photos unframed: matted, mounted, or loose in a large unsealed envelope
with cardboard inserts; flat only, no rolled photos, no tape please
Each print must be labeled clearly on the back with:
Name, Address, Phone number at home and at Baruch
e-mail address
Title of Photograph, Date, Medium, Size of photograph
Deliver photographs for judging: Tuesday, March 1 and Wednesday, March 2, 12:00
- 5:00 pm only. (Entries will not be accepted at other times.) Deliver photos to
Mishkin Gallery, 135 East 22nd Street.
Pick up all photos: Wednesday, March 16 and Thursday, March 17, 12:00-5:00 pm
(Photos cannot be left at the gallery after March 17. Anything not claimed by March
17 at 5:00 pm will be discarded.) Photos selected for the show will be marked on the
package. Please do not call to ask if your work is selected. Selected photos must be
picked up, matted or mounted and framed.
Framing of selected photos: Framing of selected photos: Must be simple,
professional looking wood or metal frames: must have secure hooks and wire on
back for hanging, must have glass or plexiglas covering photo. Please mount or matt
prints on white board only.
Conditions: While the Mishkin Gallery, Baruch College and the judges will take care
to protect submitted work, Baruch College and the Mishkin Gallery will not insure
photographs or assume any liability for loss or damage. By submitting work to this
exhibition, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions and you agree to hold
the Mishkin Gallery, Baruch College, and the judges harmless for any such loss or
damage.
