Verizon is on our premises today trying to diagnose and repair the
problem.  This is after a week of trying to diagnose and repair the
problem at their Central Office switch.

Will keep you posted.

Here are some options you may try while the link is down.  It is
possible that Verizon's working on the problem may interfere with these
options.  It you can't get through on the first attempt, try a little
later.

To Leave A Message for Someone With an "802" Number Who Is Not At Their
Desk or On The Phone

1. Listen to the generic greeting
2. After the greeting ends, enter the phone number or extension of the
person to receive the message.

To Retrieve "802" Messages from Your Desk at Baruch

1.  Call voice mail (2500).
2.  After the greeting, press #
3.  Enter your mailbox number

To Retrieve "802" Messages from Outside Baruch
1.  Call voice mail (212) 802-2500.
2.  After the greeting, press #
3.  Enter your mailbox number
