In the age of global equity trading  around the clock via the Internet, some have
questioned whether the New York Stock Exchange will remain a viable and
necessary trading venue in the years ahead. Doreen Mogavero, president and CEO
of the brokerage firm Mogavero, Lee & Co., Inc. and a leading broker on the
Exchange, addresses the future of equity trading and the NYSE in a lecture and
question-and- answer session on Monday at 3:30 p.m. in the Baruch College
Newman Conference Center.
