Meet tomorrow’s business leaders and Baruch’s students at the Virtual Enterprise
International Trade Fair on April 10, 9:45 – 4:00 at the 69th Regiment Armory on
Lexington Avenue at 25th Street.

Virtual Enterprise (VE) is an innovate program that gives high school students an
opportunity to learn, in a simulated environment, every aspect of a business, from
human resources, accounting, product development, production, distribution,
marketing to sales. More than 2,500 people will attend the Enterprise Fair, including
Mayor Bloomberg, Chancellor Klein, Caroline Kennedy and VE business partners
from Deloitte & Touche LLP, Cisco Systems, and Citigroup Foundation.

Baruch's College Now program is an active participant of Virtual Enterprise, offering
a special courses and workshops for VE students. There are VE firms in more than
60 New York City high schools, and VE students perform simulated business
transactions with VE firms across the United States and Europe. The VECBank, a
virtual bank, sponsored by Citicorp Foundation, provides students with learning
experience and skills to perform financial transactions with an emphasis on EFT
(Electronic Funds Transfer) transactions.
