Please read this carefully for deadline information and please
announce to your students as soon as possible:

Pre-registrations are now available for the 2002 Undergraduate
Internship Fair.
The Fair will be held Feb. 15, 2002 from 10am-4pm, in the 14th Floor
Conference Room.
To preregister, students must come to the Career Development
Center, room 2-150 VC, to receive a registration sticker.  Sophomores
and juniors have priority for registration.  The Fair is only open to
undergraduates.  Employers are recruiting for all majors.

On-campus recruiting for internships: several prestigious companies
are recruiting for interns.  To apply, students must log into the online
recruiting system at http://baruchcdc.erecruiting.com.  Deadlines for
these paid summer internships are coming up very soon (for some
companies, such as Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Goldman Sachs, UPS PaineWebber,
Andersen LLP, and Abbott Laboratories, the deadlines range from
Feb. 2 through 7).  Please encourage your students to apply as soon
as possible.

If you are interested in posting an announcement in your Blackboard
system regarding the above events, please let me know.
