Academic Years 2004/5 – 2005/6



The online voting system will be available from Thursday, May 13th, 2004 through
Friday, May 28th, 2004.

READ FIRST

1. Voting is anonymous and you can only vote once.  Only eligible faculty will be
permitted to vote. All other attempts to log in with your user name and password will
be denied.

2. Voting for more than the allowed maximum will result in a forfeit of your entire
ballot.

3. If you need clarification on your user name and/or password please contact
Maggie Moon at 646.312.3316, M-F, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.


DIRECTIONS

1. Go to: www.baruch.cuny.edu/facultyvote

2. Your User Name is your last name and last 3 digits of your SSN

  Ex. If my name is Maggie Moon, then my user name is Moon456

3. Your Password is the last 6 digits of your SSN

  Ex. 123456

4. When you have finished voting, click on the “Submit” button

5. You’re done!
