As a result of problems reported by Baruch and other CUNY colleges, CUNY IT
staff members have requested that faculty members not use the course copy
process in Blackboard at this time. CUNY is working with Blackboard to
identify problems with this service and hope to restore the feature soon.

As an alternative, faculty may export the old course to their personal
computer and load the archive as a package to any new courses. To do this:
From the old course-
  CONTROL PANEL > EXPORT COURSE
Select all the area(s) you want to copy (do not copy enrollments)
Follow the instructions to save the .zip file on your local computer
(remember the location)
From the destination course-
  CONTROL PANEL > IMPORT PACKAGE
Select the areas(s) you want to import

I will announce when CUNY has restored the service.
