In a continuing effort to provide faculty with tools to ease their workload,
BCTC and the Office of the Registrar will launch on-line submissions of
final grades (WebGrade) for the Spring 2004 semester. From any computer with
internet capability, faculty can access a secure website to submit grades
onto an electronic roster. Until final submission, these grades can be
reviewed and edited whenever necessary. Once submitted, the grades will be
automatically sent to students via e-mail and loaded within a few hours to
the student information system (SIMS/BOSS).

Workshops will be offered on Fridays in May
(http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/bctc/training/faculty_training.html) and an
on-line tutorial has been developed at http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/bctc/webgrade.

An additional message will be sent in the near future to students informing
them of this new service.

The system will be made available on May 17th. If you have any questions
about this new service please feel free to attend any of the training
sessions or contact the Baruch Computing and Technology Help Desk at (646)
312-1010.
