RE: Election Ballot for Committees of the General Faculty, Academic Year
2006-08

The ballot lists nominees to serve on three standing committees of the
General Faculty for 2006/08. The online voting system will be available
from May 10, 2006, through Wednesday, May 24, 2006. The ballot must be
received by 5:00 p.m. on May 24.

READ FIRST

1. Voting is anonymous and you can only vote once. Only eligible faculty
will be permitted to vote. All other attempts to log in with your user
name and password will be denied.
2. You may vote for fewer than the assigned number of candidates for each
of the respective committees.
3. Voting for more than the allowed maximum will result in a forfeit of
your entire ballot.
4. If you need clarification on your user name and/or password please
contact Kenya Lee at 646.312.3322, M-F, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

DIRECTIONS

1. Go to: <http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/facultyvote>
2. Enter Your User Name. Your User Name is your last name (lower-case) and
the last 3 digits of your SSN

        Ex. If my name is Barbara Smith, then my user name is smith456

3. Your Password is the last 6 digits of your SSN

        Ex. 123456

4. When you have finished voting, click on the "Submit" button
5. You're done!
