As previously announced by the Registrar, first day rosters are only
available in electronic format.

As a result of numerous faculty request, electronic rosters for Fall 2006
will be available by Tuesday, August 15th but please note that these early
rosters are subject to significant change as students drop or add before the
first day of classes.

Faculty members have two options for getting first day rosters:

1. Course Roster - Found on any Baruch College web page by moving your
computer mouse over the word "Computing" at the top right corner of the
page and selecting "Faculty & Staff Resources". This selection will direct
you to a list of computing services for faculty and staff. Use your mouse
to click on "Course Rosters (Not Blackboard)". Once you enter your last
name and the last 6 digits of your social security number you will see a
list of courses that the Registrar's Office has been informed that you
teach. You may choose to view the roster and print it out or download it
into a comma delimited text file that you can load into excel or any other
spreadsheet program.
If your course is not listed, please ensure that your department has
relayed your teaching assignment to the Registrar’s Office.

2. Blackboard - Blackboard courses are hosted by CUNY central. Each
course has been loaded with the current student roster. To view the
students you may enter the control panel and select "List / Modify Users"
and then "List All". Alternatively, you may enter the control panel and
select "Gradebook" and either print or select "Download Grades".
If you do not yet have access to your Blackboard course site, please ensure
that your department has relayed your teaching assignment to the Registrar's
Office and the Human Resources Office. You may also contact the Baruch
College Helpdesk at (646) 312-1010 and they will attempt to verify your
teaching assignment and assign you to your course.
