CUNY Online DLN

The CUNY Online Distributed Learning Network (DLN) is once again asking for all
faculty that teach online courses to provide their information. The CUNY DLN is a
central resource for all web-based courses at CUNY and it is available for students,
faculty, and staff to use. However, it is essential that the information in the DLN
database is accurate and current for the DLN to be successful. Therefore, we ask
that if you are going to be teaching a web-based course during the Spring 2003
semester, to please go to the course submission form at http://www.dln.cuny.edu/
courseform.html and provide all your information. Please note that only courses that
are either asynchronous (i.e., three quarters or more of the instruction occurs online)
or hybrid (i.e., one third to three quarters of the instructions occur online) should be
included in the DLN database. If you simply use the web and/or blackboard to
supplement your course instruction, you should not list it in the DLN database.

If you have questions, please contact Marios Koufaris
([log in to unmask]) who is the Baruch campus liaison to CUNY
Online.
