I have the sad duty to report the sudden and tragic death of our beloved colleague
Theresa Smith, who taught in the Department of English over the past twenty years.

There will be a viewing this Thursday, January 23, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed
by a memorial service at St. George’s Church, 135-32  38th Avenue, Flushing, New
York.  Take the #7 train to the last stop.  The church is just a short walk from there.
