Enough Is Enough: Combating Sexual Misconduct

Dear Students,

Baruch College is committed to fostering a safe environment for all of our students. As such, the College prohibits sexual misconduct-defined as sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, or sexual assault, stalking, voyeurism, domestic violence, and intimate-partner violence-consistent with The City University of New York policy<http://www2.cuny.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/page-assets/about/administration/offices/ovsa/policies/Sexual-misconduct-8.30.18-PSM-2018-005.pdf>.

All new and incoming students are required to take the Sexual and Interpersonal Violence Prevention and Response Course<https://bbhosted.cuny.edu/webapps/blackboard/execute/courseMain?course_id=_1722922_1> (SPARC) online training module. Complaints regarding sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, or sexual violence should be filed with the Title IX Coordinator Mona Jha, Esq., whose office is located in Newman Hall, 137 East 22nd Street, Room 204.
