Sad News of Two Student Deaths

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

I regret that I must share with you the sad news of the recent, unexpected passing of two Baruch College undergraduate students: Justin Park and Dmitriy Pinchuk. Our deepest sympathies go out to their families and friends.

The Office of the Dean of Students is working with the families and with the campus communities most immediately affected. As we develop a plan to remember each of these individuals, Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Art King will provide updates as appropriate. We ask at this time, however, that the members of the Baruch community respect the families' privacy and period of mourning.

Any student who feels the need for support is encouraged to reach out to the Baruch College Counseling Center, which is located in the Annex Building, 137 East 25th Street, 9th floor. All counseling and support services are free and confidential.
