Monitoring Baruch's Open/Close Status Due to Expected Blizzard

To Students, Faculty, and Staff,

New York City and the surrounding region are expecting heavy snowfall starting sometime after midnight tonight and continuing through tomorrow. Information on whether Baruch is open or closed will be communicated as quickly as possible.

It is important that you check the College's homepage<http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/> for status updates. CUNY will also post system-wide announcements via CUNY Alert. If you have not yet registered for CUNY Alert messages, you can do so here<http://www2.cuny.edu/news/cuny-alert/>.

CUNY updates are also provided to local television and radio stations, including:

If the campus is closed, all offices and classrooms, as well as the Newman Library, Athletics & Recreation Center, and BPAC will be closed. Only essential employees would report to work.
