Staying Informed of Baruch’s Status During Severe Weather

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff:

As you are likely aware, the New York City area is anticipating some wintry conditions tomorrow evening into Thursday. While current projections do not call for significant snow accumulations, we want to remind you of the ways to stay informed of Baruch’s status.

We will put up-to-date information on the Baruch College homepage<http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/> regarding any delayed openings, early closures, or cancellations of campus activities. In addition, we recommend that you sign up for CUNY Alert<http://www.cuny.edu/news/alert.html> text, email, and voice messages that provide reports as CUNY aggregates them.

Local television and radio stations will also report any campus schedule changes. Please monitor:

· WCBS 880<http://newyork.cbslocal.com/station/wcbs-880/>

· WINS 1010<https://1010wins.radio.com/>

· NY1<http://www.ny1.com>

· WNBC TV<http://www.nbcnewyork.com>

· FOX 5<http://www.myfoxny.com/category/232771/school-closings>
